Rep. Shipley presented KAG with a Proclamation from the Tennessee House of Representatives during our 60th Anniversary Luncheon on Thursday, August 20, 2009 at Ridgefields Country Club.
A series of workshops sponsored by the Kingsport Art Guild, in celebration of the Guild’s 60th Anniversary, are being offered to the general public and Guild members. The workshops offer a sampling of various art media and will be taught by Guild artists. They are offered free of charge to individuals eighteen years of age and older on the first Saturday of each month, excepting July, during the hours 10:00 A.M. to 1:00. The July workshop is scheduled for the second Saturday.
