Committees

Active members are required to sign up for work on a committee or other Guild activity and may select from the following:

Gallery
Arranges quarterly classes in the Renaissance Center main gallery.

Education
Arranges quarterly classes.

Newsletter
Composes newsletter using information from minutes and committee chairs.

Membership
Keeps updated membership list and directs annual membership drive.

Finance
Reviews financial records annual and ensures annual audit.

Nominating
Presents suggestions for committee chairs and slate of officers to the President.

Historian
Maintains scrapbook, historical files and records all publicity.

Phone
Calls upon members on occasions as deemed necessary by the President.

Paint-In
Arranges weekly paint-ins.

Workshop
Arranges workshop and monitors setting of fees and accommodations for the artists.

Special Shows
Makes arrangements necessary to hold special shows.

Additional Committees
Ad hoc committees are appointed as deemed necessary by the Board.
